We had a very disappointing experience with Webvoom Private Limited, Lucknow. For SEO services, we paid them ₹8,000 per month for 4 months (₹32,000 in total). For a newly opened business, ₹32,000 is a significant amount of capital, and wasting it on this agency has been a major financial setback for us. Unfortunately, despite paying this amount, we did not see any improvement in our business or online visibility. In fact, after they worked on our Google My Business SEO, our ranking actually became worse instead of improving. I also asked them to redesign my website, but the design they provided was extremely poor and unprofessional. It looked outdated and badly structured, so I had to reject it. What made things worse was that they took more than 10 days just to provide a preview. When I decided to cancel the service, they refused to refund the money and insisted that I must take some other service instead, which felt very unfair and unprofessional. Their sales team, especially Abhishek Ji and Abhijaat, speak very sweetly and politely. At first it almost feels like genuine kindness, but after some time it feels like those gentle words are mainly used to convince you to agree to their services. There also seemed to be internal confusion in their team. The sales team said we should place the order through them, while the development team said we should give the order directly to them, which created unnecessary confusion. Another concerning issue is that they use your Gmail ID to post reviews for their other clients. I came to know about this and raised the complaint with the owner, Sunny Ji, but he denied it and then stopped responding to my messages. I have also attached a screenshot regarding this issue. The biggest issue is that they don’t follow the proper SEO process. Before starting any SEO work, the first step should be to properly check the basic structure (skeleton) of the Google My Business profile. This includes verifying whether all primary details are correctly filled, such as: • Correct business category • Proper business description • Accurate location and pin code • Correct opening hours • Complete business profile details These fundamentals matter a lot for any SEO strategy. If the foundation itself is not correct, then doing backlinks and posts will not bring real results. However, their team simply starts doing backlinks and regular GMB posts, which alone is not enough. It feels like many of their staff are people who have done 3–6 month digital marketing courses and are hired at ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, and then they are assigned to handle client work without proper practical expertise. Because of this, they are not trained to first analyze and correct the basic SEO structure before doing promotional work. In proper SEO, you must first correct the skeleton of the profile, audit the listing, and fix the fundamentals. Only after that should you start external activities like backlinks, content, and posts. Unfortunately, this basic approach was missing. Customer support is almost non-existent. What matters the most to them seems to be collecting money. A few days before the end of every month they start contacting you for renewal, but in terms of results, we did not receive anything positive. Overall, my experience was very negative, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable digital marketing or SEO support.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We worked with them for around 2–2.5 months and paid the full fee, but after that there was no response for over 2 months. Calls and messages were ignored, and no payment or proper resolution was provided. They clearly lack proper marketing and funneling skills. No structured funnel or strategy was created—ads were run randomly on a trial-and-error basis, leading to wasted time and budget with no meaningful results. Instead of settling dues, we were promised compensation through posters, but the quality delivered was poor and unusable. Overall, very unprofessional conduct. Not recommended.

Very bad and worst experience with this team don't do any work from here i lost my 13k for google ads no result. Never take a service from here . When ask them for any service the team will talk sugarcoated. But after the taken the service they will change totally very bad experience with them. Totally unhappy with your service
