This visit brings back such a nice memory! I was invited to Websupport for a user research session where I gave feedback about their hosting services – which I’ve always found super reliable and well-designed. They genuinely cared about improving based on users’ needs, which I appreciated a lot. The team was welcoming, the office atmosphere was creative and modern, and after the session they even gave me chocolate as a thank-you! It might seem like a small thing, but it left a very positive impression on me. It’s one of those Slovak companies I’ve always liked – not only because of their tech, but also because of their approach and culture.

Highly (a bit too much) focused to PHP. It is really hard to figure out how to run you pretty Node js app and find the desired product. I do not believe i said this but Google Cloud has very transparent UX and they got better pricing. :D
It's not frequent when I can say I am 100% satisfied with services provided by Slovak company. Their services and conditions are easy to understand, simple to work with and the pricing is just right. On top, their support line is amazing - always helpful, proactive, with understandable and on-the-spot answers, frequently doing the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
Never again. Be careful to register domain with them, when you plan to use emails for international clients. Important mails can be lost and you will lose clients without ever being noticed. For that price you can find more trusted company to work with.
