Rob is very personable, as well as knowledgeable. He helped resolve my website glitches as well as optimize my website and google ad performance. I always had hesitated to get technical help as I thought it would be cost prohibitive. Rob is very reasonable in is pricing. Overall I had a great experience.

I've had a wonderful experience working with Rob and his team at Website Trouble in Louisville KY. He is very patient, punctual, and knowledgeable. I needed assistance with Google Analytics and Google Ads and he gave me an entire walk through as well as helped me set everything up which was very tedious. Definitely a true professional in this space. First time contacting Rob. Issues on my website have confounded at least 3 website design firms. None could solve 2 basic problems and they had about 3 weeks to do it: 1 page refused to publish and new photos weren't published. Rob solved the issues in 40 minutes. He will be our website's rescuer for life.

Wow. So I had another website designer build my new website (not Rob) and there were unresolved issues with how some things displayed. So I hired another person to fix them, and they only got one of the issues fixed. I was then referred to ANOTHER website designer, who looked at the backend/coding and begged off, but referred me to Rob. So now I'm speaking to Rob on the phone, he identifies the issues, We then hop on a Zoom call and I share my screen, and goes into the backend of my site and fixes ALL the issues! In a short amount of time! Everything is now fixed, and Rob fixed it all! I wish I had known Rob before I began this journey with a new website. I can't recommend him enough with my experience today!
