Yesterday morning I had an appointment with Dario Peroni at the Weble headquarters. The first thing I noticed, and I was pleased, was that while waiting on the sofa in the entrance hall, when employees passed by, they looked at me, and if I looked up (I was reading my tablet), they greeted me simply and courteously (I didn't know anyone and had never been there). I was pleased; I felt like I was in a place where I expect a good working atmosphere and friendly people; an interesting place to work. We decided to invest in an e-commerce project to expand the potential of our direct sales network.
