it's great possibility having the WebID. However often very difficult to understand the personnel pursuing the Video-call/ Legitimation as we were talking in German. Some get pissed off when you don't understand what they say and ask them again. There unfortunately the sense of frustration by most on the call BUT not the very last guy, he was better to understand and had patience. Great job to him!
It is my second use in a2 two days. Difference was day and night. Furst experience yesterday was horrible with rude and grumpy faced people. Today was very warm and nice.
I attempted 3 times to complete the verification process. The firat call was dropped in the middle of the process. I was surprised on the 2nd attempt when a different customer agent showed up and said it cant be done online and told me try other verification process and hang up. I called again then on the 3rd call it was done successfully. The 3rd customer agent was professional.
