Despite a relatively promising start, dissatisfaction prevailed. The delivered solution is extremely slow and unresponsive. Inability to deliver the required functions, offering refunds for unfinished work, etc. Unfortunately, Webfusion has switched to the "quantity over quality" mode. They have no shortage of work, they deal with corporate clients, and students do smaller customers in the evenings. The website was handed over, see attachment. During the subsequent problem solving, I was offered several options with different financial requirements. Thanks to this, we were able to solve the problem and at the same time adhere to the budget that we had set for the development of our online application.
