I played baseball for two years in elementary school, and became interested in amateur baseball at the age of 35. I've taken lessons from former professional players several times, but while they taught me training that would be effective for everyone, I couldn't figure out what the errors were in my throwing technique, and I'm now 46 years old and still haven't quite grasped the essence of it. In these lessons, the instructor filmed me and pointed out the poor parts of my movement, then gave me easy-to-understand instructions on how to improve, and I feel like I'm starting to see signs of improvement in my throwing. I practice once a week, and I'm feeling muscle pain in the muscles and tendons around my shoulder blades, shoulders, elbows, and wrists that I've never felt in any other practice (I assume this is because I'm using parts of my body that I don't normally use), so I really feel the effects of the lessons. I'd like to take lessons again once I've been able to internalize the content of the lessons to a certain extent.

As I continued to throw while dealing with shoulder pain, I began to lose track of my throwing technique, so I decided to correct it and received instruction. He explained things in a step-by-step manner, and I feel like my throwing technique has improved. I now have muscle pain in places I've never had before. I'm glad I came. I would recommend this to anyone who is having trouble with their throwing technique.

I play college baseball. I received thorough instruction on throwing. I really felt the benefits of face-to-face instruction in that I could talk about the feeling of throwing each pitch on the spot. It was an hour that helped me get a better feel than I've had before. Thank you very much!

The throwing instruction was simple and thorough. I was able to regain the sense of rhythm in my body, which had been disrupted by the yips, by learning things like the feeling of weight transfer, the top position, and how to grip the ball. I would recommend this to anyone, from beginners to higher-level players, who wants to resolve concerns about their pitching motion or throwing, or who wants to check their pitching form. Thank you very much.

I asked for help resolving a long-running problem I had with my throwing, and my awareness and sensation have improved dramatically. I've played baseball for over 20 years without understanding the sensation of using my lower body to throw, but now I know where to focus my attention and how to transfer power. The next day I had severe muscle pain from my thighs to my buttocks, which I take as proof that I'm now able to use them properly. Also, by explaining the grip and finger movement, I was able to understand the mechanism behind the slipping sensation that is unique to the yips. With more practice, I feel like my anxiety will be relieved, so I'm looking forward to what the future holds! I was very grateful that you were able to clearly put the mechanism into words even for detailed questions, and that you were able to clarify my vague understanding of what I had up until now. I highly recommend this to anyone with concerns or challenges regarding their throwing!
