Three thumbs up – that's all I can say!! Mr. Ludwig has helped us several times already. We use the dpdConnectorDE plugin developed by Crassnlabs. This makes it incredibly easy for us to create shipping labels for DPD. However, after updating our online shop, it stopped working perfectly. While my agency (unfortunately, it's not Crassnlabs) took ages to develop a solution, Mr. Ludwig resolved it in seconds. I had just sent the message – and the problem was solved in no time.
