Used them for a few years on my website, Every thing I asked them to change or correct was not done as asked, I hated the layout of the website from the start but i was too busy to try to correct the issue. Asked to come off a commerce website which they never did allowing people to still order off the site and take money, we were hit with orders from stolen card which we sent out and lost thousands of pounds, which should not have happened as i asked them to remove sales from our site. I am so much happier with my new website provider. Would not recommend

I wasn't hugely impressed with the service at first and actually went on to cancel. As I was due to pay monies and I had stopped the DD as I was totally unhappy with what was done originally. Then Scoot contacted me and as I told him what had gone on his attitude completely changed and he said right let me sort this out reset DD date and then we can get going with sorting this mess out. Well that was music to my ears and I kid you not I have been so happy at what Dan has done he has been so helpful at helping me out and he appreciates what a plonker I am on a computer compared to most, he has talked me through everything so even I understand it and I believe he is a massive asset to your company. His people skills are tip top and you can have a laugh about things with him. All round and I am not writing this just to make him look good, I know the website would never be the same without his input and I totally appreciate what he has done my wife and step daughter think he's the nuts. We as a company would love to take this guy out and have a good drink with him as he is very understanding of what every client needs and he gets it hoping you give the geezer a pay rise as he deserves it many thanks.
