I have been a client for only a few months but during that time, I have found the entire team to be responsive, knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. I have worked with other website support groups over the years and would rank Webcitz among the best.

Corey, Dana and the rest of the staff are super helpful and professional. I'm a boomer so tech stuff is not my forte. The were very patient with me and all my questions. They aren't happy until you're happy. I HIGHLY recommend them.

He said he was going to talk to his team and get back to me the following week with marketing ideas to move it forward. It was a really productive discussion. He never contacted me again. I sent an email to get things going. No response. Dude ghosted me. I personally wouldn't trust this company to do anything for me.
