Bart at Web Wizards is outstanding! His communication is excellent, he stays on top of every detail, and his work quality is truly top-notch. Even after our project was completed, he was more than willing to jump back in to answer questions and help us troubleshoot without hesitation. Bart is incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and I will absolutely continue to work with him for any future projects we have. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bart and Will at Web Wizards USA. They recently supported the build out of our new Learning Management System and were instrumental in preparing us for success. They did an excellent job translating our specific brand guidelines (logos, fonts, and visual assets) into a functional and beautiful site layout. What stood out most was their responsiveness and flexibility. They were patient with questions and dedicated to getting the details right—even down to a final review of color codes before launch. We hired Bart C. in 2023 through Upwork to build an eLearning membership website on LearnDash. His company, Web Wizards USA, currently lists our website as an example of their work. Bart C. estimated the project would take about three months (approximately 300 hours) to complete, and we made no substantial changes to the initial scope. After 22 months and over 1,000 billed hours, the website was still unstable, with access and security issues, broken features, confusing navigation, with no user engagement data. Ultimately, the website was not useable for our business. Bart C.’s communication was unprofessional, marked by dismissive responses and legal threats when we raised concerns. He discouraged us from pursuing mediation through Upwork, but we proceeded. In February 2025, Upwork’s mediation resulted in a non-binding recommendation that Bart C. provide a refund, which he refused. Bart C. focused on protecting his reputation rather than addressing our technical and billing concerns. And in March 2025, Bart C. offered us money to remove our feedback/ review from Upwork. We did not accept- as our feedback was honest and informative. Our experience was costly, time-consuming, and deeply troubling. We were disappointed by the quality of the work and have questions about the billing. Working with Bart C. and Web Wizards USA was devastating to our company- resulting in substantial losses, delays, stress, and damage to our brand.
