EDEN PRESS Testimonial for Paul of WebStyleClub We have had three prior websites for our 600+ publications, but the demands of changing digital marketing made them progressively “less friendly” to customers. We considered several web designers, but happily chose Paul for his completely up-to-date knowledge and professional skills. Our new website now addresses all the different media formats and demands that our previous website made difficult to navigate. In addition, Paul added helpful features that reassure the customer how his order is being compiled and ultimately processed. The overall impact for the customer is “intuitive”: he always knows where he is among our twelve categories and the dozens of pages they represent. We know this new website is working well thanks to no “complaints” or unexpected problems. Further, we have been reassured by Paul that his team is always available for prompt changes on the website, such as new items, new ad copy, price changes, deletions, etc. This was not always the case with our earlier web hosts and designers. Finally, we’ve heard that Navy ships are always “run by the Chief Petty Officer.” He’s the person who has to “get the job done, or else!!” Well, Paul runs a great ship of talented designers who definitely “got the job done” and we are most satisfied with our new “digital ship.” It’s beautiful.
