During my visit to the Alice Spa in Nha Trang, I was disappointed by the quality of the massage and the overall lack of organization. The atmosphere felt somewhat chaotic, with the main focus seeming to be on quickly processing clients and collecting payment rather than providing a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the massage itself was also subpar.
It was the worst full body oil massage in my life. First of all, it was not actually full body, the personnel is not capable of doing massage, the lady just stroked instead of massaging. Overall level of sanitation is also low.
Super service and very talented employees. Great job! I am very satisfied.
