Very disappointed with the service. Whenever we reached out for assistance, they responded with arguments instead of providing the help we needed. Professionalism is lacking. I cannot recommend them to anyone. We’ve had to continually call and email just to get our issues resolved. I'm happy to share the my website name and other details privately. Could you please provide the contact email and phone number for your head of department? I've been having some trouble with the support email, as I haven't received replies, and the support hasn't been very helpful. Additionally, I've found some interactions with staff to be confrontational, and it seems that the company doesn't offer support without payment, even when the issue is the company's fault.
