My experience with Web-Koncept and Group Online – lack of results and unsatisfactory customer service I wish I had investigated Web-Koncept and Group Online more thoroughly before entering into agreements with them. Based on my own experiences, I find it necessary to encourage other companies to conduct a very thorough professional and legal assessment before signing similar contracts. I entered into agreements for website, hosting, support and SEO with the expectation of receiving a professional solution that could create visible and measurable results. Despite significant payments, however, I have not been able to observe any documentable positive effect on either traffic, customer inquiries or business as a result of the SEO services that were provided. The most problematic thing for me has not only been the lack of results, but also the handling of the criticism that I subsequently made. When I presented specific objections, supported by an impartial assessment from an external SEO specialist, I did not experience that a real position was taken on the matters pointed out. In my opinion, the criticism was rejected without a thorough professional treatment. During a meeting with Web-Koncept, it was also acknowledged that neither the work on the website nor the SEO efforts had lived up to the expected level. I was also informed that I no longer had a permanent Key Account Manager due to internal resource challenges. This left me with justified doubts about whether the company had actually had the necessary resources to deliver the services that had been sold and invoiced. One of the things I found most worrying was the proposed solution to the problems. Instead of a thorough review of the errors and shortcomings that I had pointed out, I was encouraged to invest in a more expensive SEO package. When the existing solution, in my experience, had not created the expected value, it seemed difficult to see why further investments in similar services should be the answer. I also experienced that the company tried to separate responsibility for the SEO work from the technical performance of the website. In my opinion, these areas are closely related, especially when the same supplier is responsible for the website, hosting, support and SEO. Therefore, it seems unreasonable that the customer has to navigate between internal areas of responsibility in the same organization. After watching DR Kontant's broadcast about Web-Koncept, I recognized several of the problems that other companies described. Of course, I can only speak about my own process, but in my opinion there were significant similarities between the experiences described in the program and those I myself have had. Overall, I believe that there has been a significant discrepancy between the amounts I have been charged and the value I have received. On this basis, I have disputed parts of the payment claims and maintain that the services provided, in my opinion, have not lived up to the level that could reasonably be expected. My overall experience with Web-Koncept and Group Online has been characterized by a lack of documentable results, inadequate handling of justified criticism and a customer experience that has not lived up to my expectations. After repeated attempts to have a factual dialogue about the services provided, I am left with considerable dissatisfaction. Based on my own experiences, I cannot recommend Web-Koncept or Group Online.

I have had a very bad experience with Web koncept. They have not kept their agreements regarding how the website should look. When I point it out, they say they will look into it, but now it has been almost 1 year and nothing has been done. In addition, they promised me that I would be visible on Google, and I am not... I can in no way recommend them, so stay away.
