I’m an Ottawa photographer. For more than a decade, my website had been hosted by a US company. With everything that’s going on I decided to switch to a company in Canada and I found WHC. From the very beginning, they were extra professional and a pleasure to deal with. My website is faster, everything’s in one place right here in Canada and it’s not costing me a penny more than it did when it was down south. Today I called for service. I was handled professionally and quickly. A live person answered the phone on the third ring. Check Them out. I’m really happy I switched.
I couldn't be happier with the tech support offered at WHC. I've moved 3 domains and about 40 email addresses to WHC and for me this is a complicated process. I've now had to deal with 5 different chat and telephone support people and I'm sure I'm not done. Each time I contacted tech support it was for a different issue. I barely know what I'm doing. I have just enough tech savy to be a danger to myself. Each tech support person has been incredibly patient and supportive and every conversation has answered all my questions. Once my emails are fully moved to WHC I'm ready and knowledgeable as to how to reconfigure them. Best tech support I've had in forever EXCEPT for Apple tech support. Apple tech support is always #1 in my book. WHC is a close second.
Their support system is incredible. The service has been excellent, and when I have issues, they respond immediately. Issues have only been related to input items for external services...and that's my issue usually. The main delivery of their core services is exemplary.
Great webhost. Fast replies from support. Usually very professional and efficient. Took a star off this time because it took two shots to get a simple problem fixed which is not usually the case. The first support technician told me he\she fixed the problem but it wasn't. 2nd person fixed it right away.
