This Colombian, Spanish, and Mexican marketing agency is terrible. They really just make a mockery of their clients. For example, Carlos, the project leader in Mexico, and his team just make fun of current and former clients, saying things like, "I'm just stalling." It's a shame they have "professionals" like that in their company. They're just trying to squeeze money out of you. This agency is all about making money for one thing and then another, and that's how they operate. They supposedly give you a work plan, but it's incredibly restrictive.

On the positive side, I must highlight that they have a large team, at least in terms of size, and that they are always willing to help and participate in meetings. The negative aspect lies in the execution and the results. If your company is large and can spend thousands of dollars on trial and error, you will likely see long-term results with this agency. However, if you are a small company, you should look for someone else who is more dedicated to your project.
