I understand that young people and the very young need to find employment, but I believe the staff in this business is too young and therefore needs more training and more guidance. I'm referring to both the professional aspect and the social interaction with the client, since I found the services offered to me superficial and cursory, approaching me with a lack of professionalism and inappropriate self-assurance. The approach should be reconsidered regarding age and role distinctions. I thought it best to look elsewhere, so I recommend doing the same. Furthermore, an acquaintance of mine received a call from them regarding the provision of courses for administrative, technical, and auxiliary staff—I believe—but, upon requesting further information, she preferred to rely on one of the many online universities that offer these courses with maximum flexibility and at very competitive prices. My opinion is that, in these cases, it's best to rely on someone who is the exclusive and uniquely specialized provider in a given sector, not a business that offers a mix of services managed by the type of personnel described above.
