At Farmacia Alcalde de Móstoles, located at Avenida Alcalde de Móstoles 31, we have been working with WeMakeIt for 2 years, both with the customer card and with other commercial actions, and we are delighted with their professionalism and attention.
I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. I paid for their loyalty card, and one of the owners gave me the option to pay it in installments with Greenke, insisting I sign quickly since it was just financing and I didn't need to read anything. So I did. After several years, no one notified me that the contract had ended and that I had finished paying. They charged me for eight extra months, and no one wants to refund my money, which is about €1,000. Anyone can get rich that way. They say it's an external company, which I don't doubt, but it was offered by them, and I don't know if one company or the other, or both, stole from me. Not recommended at all. I know I've been ripped off.
We are a pharmacy in Torre del Mar (Málaga) and we are delighted with the We Make It team. You can always count on them for anything; they suggest areas for improvement and adapt the program to the pharmacy's needs.
