Warnick is a very easy company to work with. I had a leaking toilet on a Friday, late in the afternoon. Dispatch moved somethings around and I had a technician arrive at my home within 45 minutes. Sean was my technician you arrived to access the leak. Assessment showed, the floor under the toilet needed replaced as well as the toilet. The damage caused by the leak was shown to me and explained in detail by Sean on how it occurred before any work was done. I was impressed with how efficient, clean and polite Sean was through out the process. After the install was complete Sean’s Supervisor/Owner spoke with me on the phone to be sure I was happy with the work done, and the service I received. Now that is some great customer service! I would highly recommend Warnick for any plumbing problems.
I've had these guys out multiple times for different services, from sump pump replacement and adding a battery backup to installing a reverse osmosis system. They have been timely and professional every time. Our technician on the most recent trip was Chaz, and he did a great job installing the RO system and explaining all the questions we had on it. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for service in the Des Moines area.
Matt was great to work with he was knowledgeable, responsive, and quick throughout the process. Warnick Mechanical was also very quick to respond to our call for help and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend both Matt and Warnick Mechanical for all plumbing needs.
