VrijdagOnline are always helpful, they very quickly respond and have so far solved all my problems. The service is affordable, but professional. I very much like the CMS, which is easy to use. I manage most of my website myself and only need help on a few minor details. I have really enjoyed working with VrijdagOnline and am looking forward to working with them more in the future.
I purchased a clinic/website from another chiropractic clinic mid way through 2020. I was closed due to covid-19 for several months and upon returning to work noticed the website was offline. After contacting Vrijdag online I was surprised to find out that the emails conversation with commercial director were not followed through properly and in turn the website has been lost. Vrijdag online stated that the website had been cancelled, even though there was emails confirming I was continuing ownership. Why would I purchase a website 6 months if I knew it was all going to be deleted without so much as an email or phone call? Hanneke (manager happy) was not willing to allow me to contact Joost (online marketing specialist) to get more information. Joost was the person in the emails confirming all future communication and invoices would be sent to me - which I never received. They offered no help to resolve the issue, other than creating a whole new website. This company has no integrity.
