I called to request information, and from the very first moment, the lackluster attitude of the sales representative, Natalia, put me off. She did nothing but send me a marketing quote for 900 euros, which I'd like to discuss with a professional from the company. Natalia's refusal was compounded by the stubborn notion that I was asking for "free" work. She treated me condescendingly, exuding an air of depression and pessimism that doesn't align at all with what you find when you visit the company's website. The staff who answer the phone at a company are incredibly important, as they are the customer's first impression. Natalia's tone, energy, and attitude convey pessimism and weariness.

The reviews must have been written by their employees because, honestly... I've been fighting with them for a month to get things fixed on the website, and they're completely ignoring me. A MONTH. I've sent them over 10 emails repeating the changes I need, and they either don't respond or only reply to part of what I ask for. And I keep insisting they tell me if there's a problem or what the status is of the things I requested, and nothing, no response. I wish there were negative star ratings. I'll soon stop working with them because I don't have time to be constantly fighting to get the website working properly.
