Pros: the strategy are clear and strategy aligned business, good in communication, report is good, they give suggestion also. Cons: The onboarding process is slow because of discussions and documentation. Initial setup felt also slow, but it is okay if I get the quality of work but they do detailed discussions

⭐ Honest Review After 4 Months With Viral Bulls I am sharing my experience after using Viral Bulls’ social media management services for around four months. While the creative work was decent, there were several concerns that I feel others should be aware of. Pros The quality of reels and posts created by their design team is generally good. Visuals and graphics are professionally made. Cons Although the plan runs for 30 days, content for approval was usually shared only around the 25th–27th day, which leaves almost no time for review or corrections. Once the subscription cycle ends, they do not revise or post pending content, even if the delay happened from their side. They still send the invoice for the next month, regardless of whether the previous month’s deliverables were completed. If you choose not to renew, they simply ask you to post the remaining content yourself. In my case, the included photo shoot was scheduled on the 29th day, making it practically necessary to renew so the content would not go unused. Reels reach was also very poor, and the ad campaigns did not deliver noticeable results or engagement. Important Concern After I posted my honest review, a negative review appeared on my business listing from an account named “Dustin.” We verified our visitor records and no such person has ever visited Club Platinum Resort, which clearly indicates that the review was not based on a real customer experience. The profile also appeared to have links associated with Viral Bulls.
