I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Mike for 6+ years as our everything web guy at BB Aesthetic! He handles so much behind the scenes it’s hard to keep track! From our beautiful website, scheduling system, to our charting system, you name it- Mike most likely handles it! As a company, we recently changed to an electronic medical charting system that was new to all of our staff. As we all know, this is a huge change and can be stressful as a provider navigating unfamiliar technology. Mike made the process as seamless as possible, ensuring we all felt confident in all areas and prepared us by going out of his way to break down the system in detail. I can’t thank their team enough for being so attentive and being available to answer any questions that popped up within minutes.
