One of the most ugliest places I’ve seen in Riga. Looks like a cheap movie set or warehouse at best. Cheap plastic windows and facades with no character. The perfect example of a “Potemkin village” that is mostly full of cheap clothing outlets and 2 or 3 restaurants. I went here during holidays and it was still eerily empty. Would not recommend. 1 star for being so bad it’s good.

Nice place to visit. Seems newly developed area. Remind me of some outlet village mall in Dubai. Good to see in Baltic people are doing things differently. Surely in future this will be more crowded and prosper. Not sure about prices though. Yes, quality of material is not so great but seems they will fix everything sooner or later.
Very disappointing. Not many shops, and even in summer many keep their doors closed. The whole place feels rather depressing and deserted. The selection of stores is quite limited. The toilets are in a desolate state.
