Very good experience from the team starting from enquiry to execution and completion of works. Boss himself and team provided information on through the process and what to expect. Happy to have found a solution that does not require invasive procedures to my floor and walls as they are newly renovated. Will be looking forward to reduced moisture level in adjacent wall impacted by leaking.

Had microscopic leak from toilet to below unit and HDB grant is to restore to original via hacking etc taking 3 to 4 days. This will destroy the whole toilet design. VH provides a hackless solution with minor repair to the floor trap and chemically treat the whole toilet floor. No hacking and completed in 3hrs! Perfect for those redesigned toilet and fengshui taboo for South located toilet in 2026. Professionally done with excellent service from Hansel Kum. Though it cost more than what HDB offers it is definitely worth the spend for the speed and effectiveness.

The company provide thoughtful solutions to waterproofing and reworking on floor tiles without major hacking on the floor (unlike HIP projects). Craftsmanship on retitling floor tiles was excellent and professional. As my case is quite bad and required replacing some of the tiles, the whole process of retiling and waterproofing takes 2 to 3 days, which is of minimum disruption to working office adults. I used to work in PUB projects on major treatment plants and experience first hand what professional waterproofing is like. They are definitely one of those professionals and take pride on their work! Well done and super highly recommended!
