Verve Bar + Grill @ Amara Sanctuary Sentosa

We were having a staycation at Sentosa.. and after looking for dinner options, we were surprised that most restaurants/eateries closed 9.30-10pm. Verve was the only one that opened till 11.30pm. Easily accessible (a short walk from Oasia hotel), we arrived and found there was plenty of space for seating. (It’s actually situated in Amara resorts hotel so point to note: toilet and hand washing are in the hotel). Menu was veering towards Indian cuisine, but it suited us just fine. Large selection of appetisers and main courses, as well as alcohol menu. The waiter was very helpful, he assured us that outdoor seating was ok and that there wouldn’t be any mosquitoes, and secondly brought my one pint beer out by half pints so I can drink it slowly. The mutton dish and fish curry was superb, but what really stood out was the special broccoli dish; we loved it. Free flow of plain water. The food itself arrived fairly quickly, no complaints. We also noticed a covered patio dining area that was showing sports. Standard payments methods are available (Cc, visa, bank card etc.) Very nice experience and well designed place.. looked posh and upmarket.

Food Taste was good, nice location inside Sentosa, this is an Indian Restaurant, but the food tase was good as everyone can enjoy, you can go as group of Friends enjoy food and drinks, good place to have Company get together more options to choose, the service was good a bit expensive as the location is within Sentosa you can walk from Imbiah Station to reach here.

Hidden gem at Sentosa. Delicious food, great hospitality and comfortable environment. The bartender will recommend suitable cocktails/mocktails based on your preference. Highly recommended for authentic and high quality Indian food!

The food at Verve Bar + Grill was exceptional. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The cocktails were delicious and thoughtfully crafted. My favourites were the Chicken Tikka — perfectly grilled and full of flavour — and the variety of biryanis we tried, especially the chicken, mutton, and prawn. Each one was rich, aromatic, and cooked just right. A great spot if you’re craving Indian food in Sentosa!

Hello! I'm from Punggol, and I recently had a delightful lunch gathering with my friends at Verve Bar & Grill. It was my first time visiting, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The lunch served as a fantastic networking opportunity. We even got to meet the restaurant owner, who was incredibly welcoming. The staff at the bar were exceptionally professional and provided us with excellent service. Overall, I was truly impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, which felt friendly, refreshing, and energetic thanks to the company of my friends.
