Changed providers today because somebody in the Bathurst office has penalised me for applying for a job that I wasn't qualified for last month even though the ad said "willing to train". It's the 2nd time someone at Bathurst office has done this to me and I find it to ridiculous and unfounded. It's hard enough at nearly 60 to find a job without Verto paying some young person to snitch and wrongfully criticise. Shame on the faceless coward that did this too.
I did my RSA and RCG here, it was a good learning experience, everyone was nice and super friendly. I enjoyed it and maybe you might see me again.

There are lovely people to help but Amy Waight is not one of them, after providing a medical certificate and attending a appointment anyway, she screamed that she is going to report me, and then put me on a suspension. According to Centrelink she had no right to do this. She is a horrible spiteful woman that is in the wrong job. Anybody that ends up with her god help you. A disgusting woman I go there for help and I hear her dad's dead, her mother is a basket case that won't leave her house. I have my own stuff to deal with, without hearing her problems. Avoid her at all costs, she will try to ruin your life!
Amazing staff and amazing services. I have done multiple courses with them and never had a problem at all , they are all friendly people who understand your needs and expectations and will do their best to find what you need and work around your situation.
