Great service at the desks, but don't expect to get help randomly. I give it an extra star because of the extra effort given by one of the staff to help with loading some equipment I was buying. 10 out of 10 for that. When the weather is warm don't expect them to use the AC. Not good to visit at those times.

Just 2 stars from me. We always go there if we need any new electronics. Customer service is super friendly. Why only 2 stars? Well, apparently the shop now allows dogs in. Completely ignorant to the fact that a) not everyone likes dogs b) some dogs are not well trained c) some customers may fear dogs and d) some customers may have a SEVERE ALLERGY!! Please, remove the sign. Dogs should not be allowed in shops and there is no need to make the shopping experience uncomfortable for others. (Guide dogs for blind people being the exception ofc!)
Good customer service, and various selections, I went to buy a washing machine which I have selected from their web-store, I had to confirm some things. I took customer service number and wait their nearly 2 minutes, the person who was in customer service desk was very helpful after all billing procedures he guided me to pickup gate. In pick up gate they helped me to fold my car seats and put washing machine properly in to my car! Totally great service! All above things happened within 15 minutes!
