We took their service to make our website, which took so long, and we even had to mention them their grammar errors! Much more. As a part of our service, we had our support only on mail, which they write that they respond within 24 hrs, but our emails always went unresponded for 3-4 days until we called them to respond. We have had several GST invoice updating issues in GSTR 2B. Their invoice 2 times, did not reflect on the portal, which after mentioning to them, reflected. Terminated their service.
