I went to the Veneno store and I really enjoyed it. I felt very comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived. 😍 The service was top-notch; they were very kind and attentive at all times. 🤗 They have a wide variety of products, and you can tell they're all very high quality. Plus, I saw some products that aren't listed in their online store, which I loved. 👌👌 In the end, I bought a gorgeous bag—very elegant and well-made. I plan to visit them again to buy some Christmas gifts. I highly recommend them. 🥰🐍

Good products with excellent presentation. Very attentive service, always looking to resolve any issues or errors to ensure customer satisfaction from beginning to end. However, the only issue I encountered was that their website featured a promotion in the header and on each product page that appeared to have expired. When I inquired, they were unaware of the issue but were kind and helpful, providing a prompt solution. I recommend checking their website for current promotions to avoid the unpleasant surprise of finding an expired offer.

I visited the store and was blown away by the variety of leathers, colors, and designs! I bought a crocodile Falcon crossbody bag, and they even fulfilled a small wish that no one else dared to ask for: a band that could hold my Apple Watch and my Galaxy at the same time, and they did it!! I'll definitely be back!! 🐍

The quality of the materials they use and their craftsmanship are truly remarkable. Their products stand out for being elegant and durable. Without a doubt, one of my favorite brands.
