I contacted Vega IT regarding an app development, they transferred me to their trusted partner-company who took over the project, accepted private cash payments outside official company channels and delivered a catastrophic result. When the project collapsed, I reached out to Vega IT expecting them to take responsibility for the partner they personally endorsed and take over the unfinished project. Instead, they distanced themselves completely, refused to help, ignored multiple messages, and when I insisted, they reacted by sending their lawyer to threaten me with a criminal complaint for mentioning that I would publicly share my experience. If a company stands behind a partner only until money changes hands and then hides behind legal threats when things fall apart, that raises serious concerns about professionalism, ethics, and accountability. If this is how they handle clients after recommending their own partners who turn out to be incompetent, I can’t imagine how they handle full-scale projects.
