I would like to share my experience of interacting with Felix VcuSoft. We are a small start-up company and heavily rely on a website to get visibility and attract potential customers. However, we mightily struggled to find a company to build up a quality website until we dealt with VcuSoft. Since 2016, we tried multiple companies to build up three different versions of our website. We had the first version in Sept 2016 with a company at Tennesse, and then rebuilt the website with another company at North Carolina one year later. Both the two versions did work, but fell short of my expectation. What made me the most frustrated during the process of dealing with these two companies lies in the difficulty to get the website developer to fully understand my expectation and thought. Both the two companies outsourced the coding to someone oversea who I cannot directly interact with. It always took a long time for every request of revision to be done, and also often ended up either creating new problems or not revised in the way I want. We decided to rebuilt the website last September with VcuSoft, and have much better luck this time. VcuSoft are responsive and fast. They finished the main frame of our website within around two weeks. After that, it took another two weeks for them to go through, revise, and polish the website based on my feedback and opinion. Given the very limited budget we have, VcuSoft did a fantastic job for us! We are very grateful for their effort to accommodate our request, and hence spend time to write this review offering strong endorsement that they earn!
