Had one of my employees call out welltech last year to help install a printer in our kitchen. After 2 visits they continued to tell us that they could do nothing to get the job completed. Had 2nd IT company come in and the job was done in 15 mins. We were invoiced 2 times for work and argured that first invoice of over $200 should have covered their time for coming out. They have continued to invoice a 2nd invoice for $150 for their "time". They have received well over $300 for doing no work. I strongly recommend you get an upfront quote from them before they take advantage of a situation.
They're very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Their tracking/ticket system works well, and I'm always impressed at how quickly and accurately they can resolve issues.
