Valley plumbing in one of the most reliable businesses in the Valley. Needed our kitchen sink faucet replaced and had an appointment in a couple of days. They did have to return to find a leak we had after installation but the issue was the Kohler faucet itself. Gavino who worked on the faucet the first time was back the second time and all repairs were done and all clean-up was done and on his way he went. Have had Valley Plumbing at the house before and would not estimate to call them again.

I've used Valley Plumbing several times, and they consistently provide excellent service. Everyone I've worked with has been professional, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. It's reassuring to have a company I can rely on whenever plumbing issues come up. Most recently, Connor D came out to our house and was outstanding. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and provided the level of detail and information I was looking for. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable service and great customer care.

While trying to clean my bathroom sink’s drain, I turned the wrong joint and created a leak. I discovered it Thursday night at 10 pm. I cleaned up the mess, pulled everything out of the sink counter and turned off the water. On Thursday morning, I attempted to repair the leak myself but as I wasn’t familiar with the fittings, decided it would be safer to call Valley Plumbing. There were some difficulties in speaking to Oscar as his calls went to my voicemail and my calls went to his answering service. The appointment was set for 2 pm but Oscar was detained on another job and didn’t arrive until 3:30 pm. It only took Oscar 10 minutes to tighten the fittings and stopping the leak. He said, since I was not familiar with the fittings it was smart of me to call them. All the fittings are plastic and overtightening or stripping the joints can result in expensive replacements. He gave me an estimate to replace with a metal drain for $427. The $68 service call fee was much more reasonable. Oscar was very personable, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to have him come into our home and very easy to work with! He even spent a few minutes petting our small dog, who loved the attention.

Jesus was amazing with communication, promptness, quick work and did a great job. I was not at the house so he had to get in on his own and follow my directions and it all worked out great. Highly recommend!

Valley Plumbing was excellent. They came out within two hours, and Oscar and his helper were professional, courteous, and very clean. I also really appreciated that they texted me Oscar’s photo and bio before they arrived, which made the whole experience feel very professional and reassuring. They fixed our main drain and toilet quickly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
