Where do I even begin? Kevin didn’t just clean my HVAC system, he descended upon it like a mechanical poet, a guardian of airflow, a conductor of comfort itself. The system now hums with the grace of a cathedral organ and the confidence of a freshly commissioned locomotive. Dust fears him. Airflow respects him. Static pressure bends to his will. And that furnace filter door? Rebuilt with such care and craftsmanship that future civilizations may one day uncover it and assume it was ceremonial. Truly, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly takes that much pride in their work. And then there’s the message from Angelica: so warm, polished, and eloquently written that for a brief moment I forgot I was discussing HVAC service and not corresponding with a 19th century novelist. The communication from Valley Plumbing, Heating and Cooling feels thoughtful and human, which is increasingly rare these days. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. Please pass my appreciation along to Kevin; the man is an artisan of conditioned air.

So far I haven't had any work done with Valley Plumbing but they have been EXTREMELY thoughtful and accommodating with my schedule even after I had to cancel with them!!! They have been MORE THAN understanding!! I'll let you know after they do the work. LOL but I'm sure they will do a great job.

My experience was excellent from the very beginning. The customer service person I reached was very helpful and Trey, the plumber, arrived at my house in less than an hour. I had a water leak in the area of my pressure regulator. Trey was very professonal and knowledgeable as he thoroughly diagnosed what needed to be done to fix my problem. He replaced the regulator along with some new plumbing and the finished job looks excellent. The cost was also reasonable. I would definitely use Valley Plumbing again and would refer them to family and friends.

Jeremy did an awesome job! Showed up on time. Was considerate of our flooring. Kept me updated with the ongoing cost of the repairs so there were no surprises. Even found an issue that we didn't call him for and fixed it. Payment was all done on the spot and documents sent immediately. Very satisfied with Jeremy and Valley Plumbing. Professional outfit! Will use again!

Water heater decided to wet the bed. Called Valley and they has someone out within 30 minutes and quickly put a game plan together. Taylor was professional even with my 100 questions. We decided to up the stakes and went with a larger tank. In and out in 2 hours Taylor had the new water heater in and purring and left everything spotless. Was more than I planned but you get what you pay for and Valley Plumbing was worth it.
