I strongly advise against working with them. The campaigns resulted in a loss of several thousand złoty – meaning we spent significantly more on clicks than we earned from product sales. And since we sell our own products, the margin is quite high. For personal reasons, I couldn't monitor the results in the first few months, but the person running the campaign didn't see anything unusual in the fact that the cost per click was equal to the net revenue. Only my intervention and a change of account manager resulted in the results improving – enough for the campaign to stop generating losses. Unfortunately, there were no profits either. In one of many phone calls, they tried to convince me that "they were actually driving traffic to the website," so I shouldn't have any complaints. I was also asked if anyone from their company had ever promised that the campaign would generate tangible profits. And that's exactly what happened – during the change of account manager, they told me that a ROAS of 400-500% was achievable. When starting a relationship with this company, there's a significant risk of encountering a student who's just starting out (please check the Careers section on their website). I encountered just such an incompetent person. Working with upblue cost me a lot of patience and stress. To get what I wanted, I had to make dozens of phone calls and send numerous emails. My fondest memory of this relationship was the termination of my contract. Several months have passed since the end of my relationship—it's possible the company's situation has changed. However, if anyone is considering working with them, keep in mind that a lot depends on the type of mentor they get. When assessing my "adventure" with upblue, I can only give them one star because it's the lowest possible rating.
