I do not recommend! The agency did not respect the delivery deadlines communicated in the offer and in emails. It delayed the delivery of the website by more than 9 MONTHS! Then it issued the invoice for the full amount, without assuming the delay and the contractual terms. At the last meeting with the agency, where I tried to have an amicable discussion about the contractual terms, a gentleman from the management with whom I had not exchanged a single word up to that point, addressed me in a totally disrespectful, raised tone, that I was wasting my time if I came to them to discuss penalties. I was left with a bitter taste after this collaboration. It seems very sad to me that the respect and seriousness that is promised to you at the beginning turns out to be a simple hook to collect some more money.

The collaboration with Uny Agency is worthy of 5 stars. I used their Web Development services to improve my online store, and all I can say is that the results were beyond expectations. Very prompt and organized, and communication with them was as easy as can be. They took into account all the aspects established together from the beginning, and I was constantly presented with the progress of the site. However, I had the pleasure of coming across Uny Agency - a young team, with a lot of initiative and experience in this field. I managed to develop 3 websites with them, create a brand from scratch and promote it online. After 6 years of collaboration, I can say that they have always shown professionalism, and the results have sometimes exceeded my expectations. What I liked most was that there was not an idea from my side that was not implemented by them. The communication was excellent, receiving answers in my understanding, sometimes even outside the program due to the desire to solve any problem that arose.
