I bought a SIM card here. The process has been quick and easy, and their Internet works well. There are many attendants available to serve customers, I was even the only customer when I visited. You can choose the data plan you want, and the SIM card itself is 60k kip.

Decent customer service. Expensive prices for calls, but the internet is pretty solid. Hard to find shops that sell prepaid cards, so better to go to office, though the wait times can be long. All in all, a good experience

Poor service, poor network, always getting 3G in vientiane capital. Am so done with Unitel. Generally, you will think the airport counters will overcharge, but this head office does! Was overcharged buying a sim here. These guys don't talk in English, though they tried, so it was difficult. And quoted me rates like 300,000 kip for a sim. Later, I figured they were only showing me premium numbers! The real SIM price as of June 2024 is 60,000. I wanted to know what I get with that 60k, but they seem to tell me - I will get nothing. It is just the cost of the sim, and I need to recharge. Really? I don't think so. You generally get something with the sim like later I found - 1 GB data and 10 mins call, free. So I was asked to recharge, and I wanted 50k, 30 days 15 GB. That was the minimum for 30 days. Yet they recharged some other package and feigned they misunderstood me. How can you misunderstand after I point with my finger the exact package I want and even tell the price?

worst custumer service from vang vieng branch very unprofessional. sign contract for 6 months and pay money. for 2 modem. say on 13/01 come to install, but then 13 say no staff and come again on 15/01, very rude employee in vang vieng office.

even tho the workers do their very best to solve the customers issues. even they have a hard time working with this companies inefficient system and rules. had some much trouble just getting my sim to work
