Unhappy with Unilet – My Friend Received a Damaged Display Product I'm writing to express my disappointment with Unilet after my friend recently purchased an item from your store and received a display model that was not in good condition. When my friend made the purchase, they were not informed that they would be getting a display unit. To make matters worse, the product showed clear signs of wear and tear, and some minor damage, which is completely unacceptable for a product, new or display, being sold at full price. This experience is really concerning. Customers expect transparency about what they're buying, especially if it's a display model. More importantly, any product, even a display one, should be in good, working condition, or at the very least, any imperfections should be clearly communicated and reflected in the price. I hope Unilet takes steps to address this. It's important that customers either receive brand-new, boxed items or are fully aware and compensated when purchasing display models. This incident has unfortunately made us hesitant to shop at Unilet again without thoroughly checking the product beforehand.

Cheated with a Display Model & Faulty Product! My friend purchased an LG 32L Microwave from Unilet Tiptur Branch, but instead of giving a brand-new piece, they cheated him by delivering a display model. On the very first day of use, the heating glass broke, proving it was either used or defective. This is unethical business practice selling display/damaged products as new. When we complained, they refused proper resolution (replacement/refund). Avoid this store if you want genuine products and good service. Shame on Unilet Tiptur for fraud! We will escalate this to consumer court & LG India if not resolved.
