Unbound built the Catering to You website several years ago and has managed it for us ever since. They have always been easy to work with and quick to make updates whenever we need them. Over the years they have helped us with website management, small photoshoots, and graphic design projects to help market our catering business to local customers in Little Rock. During Covid we needed a way to receive orders online so we could continue serving our customers and keep our employees working. I called Unbound and asked if they could help us set up online ordering. Within 48 hours they had built a full online ordering system for our catering company, including secure credit card processing. We used that system for more than two years until things returned to normal. Unbound has been a great partner for our business. I brought Hunter in to rebrand my business, expecting a typical agency experience — market research, creative direction, brand alignment, etc. Instead, I got the full-service experience. We were mid-meeting, discussing brand tone and customer journey, when Hunter casually stood up, grabbed a paint roller, and painted my patio door. No hesitation. No consultation. Just vision. At first I was confused. Then I realized: this is what true dedication looks like. He doesn’t just rebrand companies — he rebrands environments. The man sees a problem and solves it, even if that problem is completely unrelated to the original scope of work. This level of commitment, initiative, and attention to detail is rare in today’s world. Most agencies won’t even follow up with an email. Hunter will follow up by improving your home.
