While other services send links to articles describing solutions, this one uses online communication, which significantly speeds up the process. They also do a lot of the work themselves. For example, I write a description of the problem in the chat, and after a while, I just get a response: "Check it." I recommend it to everyone, especially those who aren't as familiar with the backend as I am.
