I had the "honor" to cooperate with the UI42 agency 2 times over a period of about 6 years. In both cases, it turned out absolutely disastrous and I really don't understand how such a company can exist. First experience - PPC campaign management. They assigned us a junior. But the person who managed our account saw the Google Ads interface for the first time. Otherwise, I can't explain the disaster. We ended it after about half a year, we burned several thousand euros. Second experience was in 2025 when the cooperation didn't even happen, as it was already difficult with the initial (non)communication.

Unfortunately, our experience with this Agency, which was in charge of the campaigns for our website, was not positive. Despite the initial expectations and the invested funds, we did not see any improvement or any results that would correspond to the efforts and finances expended. On the other hand, I appreciate the fair approach, as they admitted that the campaign was not successful and invoiced only half the amount. For this reason, I give two stars instead of one.

Small company, big results. The largest Slovak specialists in usability of websites or applications. Usability testing is not the only thing they can do. They design and create websites and applications themselves. Many e-shops have entrusted their online business to them. They will also take care of PPC AdWords, Facebook, or your Twitter account.
