I have really enjoyed working with Udjat Agency as our marketing agency. They understands exactly what our account needs and tailors his approach to align with our overall business objectives. They are highly adaptable to changes, always available for discussions, and brings a thoughtful, strategic mindset to the table.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with this agency, and I cannot recommend them. Despite their promises of delivering results, I found their service to be subpar at best. Communication was extremely poor — messages went unanswered, and when I did hear back, responses were vague or unhelpful. What’s worse, there was a complete lack of transparency. I had little visibility into the progress of the work they were doing, and when asked for updates, I was met with excuses. In addition, their customer service was disappointing. Whenever issues arose, the team seemed disorganized, disrespectful and unable to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. After giving them ample time to improve, I ultimately decided to end the partnership. Overall, this agency failed to meet expectations and was a frustrating experience. I would suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable and results-driven marketing support.

I had an extremely negative experience with the marketing agency, as they exhibited rude behavior and displayed poor communication skills. I was taken aback by how the service provider shouted at me when I inquired about the service we had agreed upon. Their conduct was completely unacceptable, and it left me feeling unsatisfied as a customer. Their lack of consideration for customer satisfaction and their evident deficiency in communication skills are reasons why I strongly discourage others from engaging with them. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend dealing with this agency.
