I invested several years of my life in this studio, driven by the desire to build something positive, both professionally and personally. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with the impression that striving to be authentic, caring, and committed can sometimes backfire. I felt a significant disconnect between the stated values ​​and the reality on the ground. The work environment can become difficult when communication lacks transparency and human support isn't always available, especially during sensitive times. Some situations also give the impression that professional relationships are more political than genuine. What struck me most wasn't the work itself, but certain human dynamics that can be difficult to navigate, especially when going through more vulnerable periods. I remain proud of what I accomplished, but I sincerely believe there's significant work to be done to align the internal culture with the stated values.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than 1 star because I would do so because of your system for connecting to the Ubisoft network. I'm not specifically referring to Ubisoft Connect because, honestly, it's frustrating to lose progress and a lot of money just because of this system.

No way to play without bugs. I'm doing a 300,000 km race in The Crew 2 and it says "connection interrupted" even though I checked and it was still running and I was at 90%. So if you want me to give this game a better rating, this needs to be fixed.
