We had a new website built by the team at Twofold, and the experience exceeded our expectations. During the process, our vision shifted significantly, and we ultimately chose to move in a completely different direction. The design team listened carefully to our concerns, remained flexible, and essentially started fresh to ensure the final product truly reflected our goals. The result is a fantastic website that represents our business well. In addition to the site itself, the team also worked with us on logo creation, helping refine our brand identity along the way. Charlie communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project, keeping everything on track and ensuring we understood each step. What impressed us most was the team’s commitment to meeting our go-live deadline. They pulled everything together seamlessly, even with the major mid-project changes. After launch, Charlie continued to provide exceptional support by setting up our Google Search Console and Analytics, making sure we have the tools needed to be found online and measure performance.
