My mom saw the promo advertisement by Chef Pung on TV and wanted to try. We came to the branch at West Mall (B1-14), and were pleasantly surprised that the food tasted SUPERB - fresh and flavourful and most importantly, my mom commented the food was good. We ordered the recommended promo set and added the signature fried hokkien mee. Mom was impressed when she tasted the soup - soup was flavourful and meat was soft and yummy. The "Mum-mite" chicken was just right - crispy and tasty. My sis loved the 珍珠米 - cooked just right. I like the fried hokkien mee too.. The food portion for the promo set was just nice for 3 pax. Highly recommend the promo set. 👍

We visited during a Saturday for lunch. As we had 9 pax we tried a variety of menu items: minced meat stuffed tau pou(this was nt bad) satay(thick cut & good tobhave with rice), prawn paste chicken(flavourful enough), signature hokkien mee with roasted meat(noodles no wok-hey, roast meat tasted very flat), pork slices in ginger yellow wine soup(this was too thick & gets gelak after 3 mouthfuls), fried rice w roast meat & char siew( Char siew given was all fatty and unable to chew at all, roasted meat was flat in taste, fried rice almost tasteless). All in all except for satay and prawn paste fried chicken, it was a rather disappointing meal. Will not visit again despite large portions due to the poor taste executions. We were not even able to stomach the food and left mostly untouched. We saw other tables also similar leftovers food. Do not think the eatery can survive long unless the taste executions improve vastly!

Tried this at West Mall Tun Xiang Hokkien delights after seeing someone quote here in HKM hunting. The restaurant was decorated old Singapore style, with many other local dishes to be found, overall a nice place to sit and chill. Prawns were likely frozen prawns, slight alkali taste for the noodles. Nothing too fantastic, quite forgettable actually. Will I come again? Probably, but perhaps to order other dishes.

There was an offer for the sweet sour pork + pig trotter, hence we were drawn in to dine there. Portions were surprisingly big, dishes flavourful but abit salty. Bitter gourd w Egg - 10/10 Unassuming from the menu but it was very well executed Sweet Sour Pork - 6.7/10 Got lychee flavour - better than usual caifan but not crispy enough Hokkien Mee - 6.8/10 (7/10 with sambal and 2 lime) Pig Trotter - Not my type of food but parents say quite good with rice

Food is average. Chicken soup a bit bland, the chili crab sauce is not the best. Fried kuey teow and hokkien mee is nice. Service is very good and the area is very spacious and comfortable.
