Tsutaya Nakasho

I haven't been there much lately, but they've been doing well here for a long time. The parking lot is large enough and the entrance and exit are well visible. However, you may see some rough-looking cars.

I went to buy some Pokemon cards today. I was very satisfied with the customer service! I tried to buy a card for about 700 yen, but when I checked it for scratches, it was very scratched... I think it would be good to offer a discount if there are scratches. Some of the cards had white spots and were slightly bent in 10 places, so I think they should take a closer look at those.

The TSUTAYA store near me closed, so I started going here, but I'm really bothered by the staff talking to each other. The female staff talk loudly all the time while working. It's uncomfortable.

The store is convenient and nice, but there's one petite woman working there who's incredibly unfriendly no matter when I go... She's often at the register, and just knowing she's there makes me want to avoid the register altogether. It's truly extremely unpleasant. I'm not saying she has to be overly friendly, but since it's a job that involves interacting with people, couldn't she at least change her perpetually angry attitude?

They have a wide range of TCGs and the dueling space is large, so it's great.
