Good afternoon everyone! I'd like to share my impressions of the Geopartner Center in Odintsovo. I decided to register the buildings on my land plot under the amnesty. I was considering several companies and, after consulting with friends, I chose this one and I was right. After submitting my documents in September 2019, it turned out that my old land title deed, which was many years old, contained an error that other companies couldn't have properly corrected because so many years had passed. Geopartner's lawyers took on my case, corrected everything, and registered all the buildings very quickly. I issued a power of attorney to this firm's specialists to register the paperwork in my name. The notary works on the same floor, so my presence during the registration process was almost unnecessary, allowing me to focus on my work. As a bonus, they provided one of the services during the house registration process free of charge. Of course, legal services aren't cheap these days, but it's better to have everything done by reputable professionals than to have the owners, heirs, and relatives have to correct and redo documents later. Using the most modern equipment, they quickly measured all the necessary parameters of the site. A week later, we received all the documents, there were no problems with the MFC.
