Initially there was a lot of caring and help getting me set up with an account. Now a year later when there is multiple issues with the account I am pushed off. I have been conversing with the team for over a month, to resolve issues that take only hours to resolve. I even requested my account to be deleted since they have not fixed the issues, and they will not do that either. Dozens of helpful emails sent by me, video chatting with them, nothing I do gets the team to resolve the issues.
Highly recommend their customer service! I got an answer fast and the customer service agent serving me knew the answers straight away, provided me with great instructions and materials and made me feel like they were genuinely interested in helping me out.

Do yourself a favor & stay away from Algotels. This so-called booking site is a joke. Their customer service line is a generic recording claiming a ticket has been opened & a team member will contact you within 24-48 hours. They may as well say 24-48 days because no-one ever calls you back. You will need to call at least 15 times to get lucky enough to get thru to a live agent who asks you a bunch of repetitive questions & then gives you the same "a ticket has been opened and an escalation team member will call you shortly" line. Dont hold your breath waiting since the "escalation team member call" never materializes. And if you insist on a specific time frame the agent hangs up on you. And dont waste your time trying to reach them on their website. Their "contact us" link doesnt work. Their "email us" link hangs you in no man's land. There is basically no website interaction other than your ability to see the details of your booking. ZERO is too high a rating for these clowns pretending to be a legitimate business. Have no idea how Trivago still routes traffic their way.
